These ladies just finished their second ever aerial fitness class—and look at them go! 💪🦋 With a little guidance, they were able to move into deep stretches, build strength, and even flip upside down with ease.

Aerial fitness is for all levels—whether you’re brand new or looking to challenge yourself in a whole new way, this class will help you feel strong, supported, and empowered.
