We all know you can't pour from an empty cup and self care can get pushed to the side when we feel overwhelmed. We hope you give any of these four solutions a try if you are feeling tapped, and need to release the tension in your body.
If one isn't working for you, please try another, that is why we have both passive and active solutions provided here, sometimes one isn't going to be right in the moment but another will be. Do them for as long as you need to, but even one round of 30 seconds to a minute will feel better.
