Board Certification represents credibility, integrity and professional commitment. As the highest voluntary credential attainable in the massage therapy and bodywork profession, Board Certified practitioners pledge to uphold a rigorous Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice. NCBTMB’s programmatic work includes an Approved Provider program for continuing education; an Assigned School Outreach program to provide schools with resources and support; an Ethics & Discipline program to hold certificants to high standards; an Exam Development program; and a School Compliance program to help ensure the quality of massage programs.
