❤️✨ Chocolate Cherry Protein Date Bites 🍒
The perfect no-bake energy boost—sweet, nutty, and loaded with protein! Great for after yoga, between clients, or as a cozy treat with your coffee.
Ingredients:
• 1 cup Medjool dates (pitted + softened)
• ¼ cup dried cherries
• ½ cup roasted hazelnuts
• 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
• ¼ cup vanilla protein powder
• 1 tbsp cocoa powder
• Melted dark chocolate (for topping)
• Crushed pistachios (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. In a food processor, blend dates, cherries, and hazelnuts until crumbly.
2. Add peanut butter, maple syrup, protein powder, cocoa. Blend until a sticky dough forms.
3. Roll into bite-sized balls or press into a mold (I used a silicon ice cube tray!) and place on a parchment-lined tray.
4. Drizzle or dip with melted dark chocolate.
5. Sprinkle with crushed pistachios.
6. Chill until set. Store in the fridge!
These little bites are decadent meets functional. High in fiber, protein, and natural sweetness. ✨🍒🍫🌰
