Meet Dr. Jessica Hart, our Rockville Regional Director and PT! 🌟

Her journey into physical therapy started in high school after a volleyball injury, and she’s been passionate about helping people move better ever since. Jessica loves treating hip, knee, and foot injuries, and she’s certified in Dry Needling to give patients that extra boost in recovery. 💪

Off the clock, she’s all about football games, quality time with family and friends, and playing with her dog 🐾.

❄️ DON’T SHOVEL COLD! ❄️ That 5-minute warm-up is a good way to protect your back and shoulders this winter.

Shoveling snow is a heavy, intense workout, and jumping in with cold muscles is a recipe for serious injury, from back pain to a shoulder tweak!

THE FIX: THE 5-MINUTE WARM-UP!
A quick routine gets blood flowing, improves range of motion, and preps your joints for lifting and twisting. Don’t skip this critical step!
