👀 Tore my ACL… and I’m still training.
Not the same way.
Not the same intensity.
But after giving things a little time to calm down, I’m not stopping. ❌
It’s easy to feel like you should just rest and wait for surgery…
but there’s actually a lot you can still do right now. 💪
And yes—this also looked like taking a little time early on to let things calm down first.
Right now the focus is simple:
✔️ Maintain strength where I can
✔️ Keep movement as normal as possible
✔️ Work within a comfortable, pain-free range
✔️ Build control, not just push intensity
Because going into surgery stronger can make a big difference in how you recover. 📈
