A little reminder before Thanksgiving hits tomorrow:
You don’t have to restrict your way through the day…
and you don’t have to spiral just because there’s stuffing on the table. 🦃✨

There is a middle ground and it’s where most women feel their best. You can enjoy the foods you love, stay aligned with your goals, and still wake up on Friday feeling good in your body.

I put these tips together to give you a simple, realistic way to approach the day:
no extremes, no “earning your plate,” no guilt… just choices that help you feel present with your people and proud of how you showed up. 🧡

And if the holiday season has a way of knocking you off track every year, you’re not alone. But you also don’t have to white-knuckle your way through the next five weeks of holiday extravaganzas. 🎄🎉

So when Danielle said she wanted her arms to look amazing for her wedding day, the trainer in me kicked in: “Girl, I got you.” 💪🏻

🇺🇸 Closed briefly Tuesday, November 11th (Parade)
🕖 Open Wednesday, November 26th: 7A–6P
🥧 Closed: Thursday, November 27th (Thanksgiving)
🛍️ Black Friday Hours: 9A–12P

⏳ Tuesdays & Thursdays are almost FULL!

She’s been showing up since 6 weeks postpartum - with three kids in school, baby Lainey in tow, and the determination of a woman on a mission 💪🏼
Every week she’s getting stronger, rebuilding her core, easing back pain, & feeling more like herself again.

Watching Amber crush each session (while juggling mom life) is seriously inspiring 🫶🏼

Danielle kicked off her 50th birthday with a 7AM workout & absolutely crushed it! 🏋🏻‍♀️🥳🔥

Since July, she’s down 7 pounds, 9 inches, & 2% body fat 😱🤩 but her real progress shows up in her consistency, mindset, & strength.

She’s been:
🌿 Choosing intention over perfection
💫 Finding balance instead of excuses
🔥 Feeling stronger, more confident, & more herself than ever

This summer Hannah didn’t just “work out” … she built a lifestyle that carried her further on the trail, the water, & in life. 🚴‍♀️🚣‍♀️🥾

Hannah used to struggle keeping up on the water, but this year? 👉🏻 She kayaked side by side with her husband without extra effort. 🙌🏻
🥾 Hiking no longer means frequent breaks & her running time is faster.
🧘‍♀️ She’s holding crow pose & even crushing 6 minutes of planks in yoga sculpt.
👩🏻‍🌾 She’s gardening, moving chicken coops, biking, & feeling stronger every week.

The physical progress is 🔥 … but her mindset growth is even bigger ❤️
✨ “When I first started, I wasn’t very kind to myself. Now I look in the mirror and say, I am beautiful.” 😍

Hannah’s results didn’t come from an all-or-nothing plan.
They came from simple, consistent non-negotiables:
✅ 100g+ protein daily
✅ 8–10k steps
✅ 100 oz water
✅ Strength training 3x/week

When she felt stuck with her weight, she got curious. She tracked honestly, realized she was eating maintenance calories, & adjusted… without cutting out the foods she loves. 🍫🌮 She learned how to portion, swap, & fuel instead of restrict.

Hannah’s story is proof: when your workouts connect to your lifestyle & hobbies, consistency feels easier & results follow. 🔗
