Sarah Kradel, L.M.T Welcome Everyone! My name is Sarah Kradel. I am both a Licensed Massage Therapist and Equine Sports Massage Therapist.

Massage is my passion and I absolutely love what I do! The philosophy of my practice is to relax the body, calm the mind and renew the spirit of all my clients. It is important to not only restore, but maintain balance and well being within each individual. I strive to meet the specific needs and expectations of my clients while keeping in mind compassion, respect and professionalism. Happy Saturday everyone! Before the month is officially over i wanted to make a quick post thanking all of my clients. This month marked 10 YEARS for Meridian Massage!!!💆‍♀️💆🙌 10 YEARS!?!?!...Where does the time go!? I have met so many wonderful people since opening up Meridian Massage. I look forward to each new face that comes into the office as well as each familiar face that walks through the door. My long time regulars who have been with me from the beginning have become like family, truly.

You have all watched me open up this business, been so supportive as I've grown and been extremely patient while navigating a busier schedule along with motherhood. I thank God often for blessing me with the best. I am SO extremely grateful, you guys have made this dream of owning my own massage business possible.

I truly believe in the healing power of touch and the good it does for not only your muscles but your mind too. I look forward to each day I get to come to the office and help my clients reach their wellness goals. I LOVE what I do, i BELIEVE in what I do and I PRAY I can keep practicing for many years to come. Thankyou so much for being such loyal and supportive clients. HELLO MY WONDERFUL CLIENTS!😊❤️

I hope you all have been doing well and staying healthy during this winter season! I feel like everyone is literally battling some form of illness right now, its crazy! Spring will be here before we know it! I wanted to jump on here and just touch base with everyone. I am the first to admit that i have lacked attention to the social media side of my business these days. I'm so caught up in my day to day from seeing clients each day then coming home and being a mom that I do not post regularly on here. Just letting everyone know i haven't gone anywhere, very much so present and seeing clients regularly, just havent shared it with facebook🤣, just been spending my time balancing massage life and mom life!🤣❤️🤱💆‍♀️

I know we are already a couple months into the year at this point but i still want to thank everyone that brought me thoughtful gifts and sweet treats over the holiday. The fact you thought of me outside of the office and took the time to go out of your way to do somthing sweet for me is so kind and appreciated. More than anything I want to thank all of you for being such loyal and supportive clients, that's the greatest gift I could ever recieve!!! It's because of you all and your continued support that I'm able to wake up everyday and do what I do. Your continued support to Meridian Massage has made such a positive impact on my life and I mean that whole heartedly, it has given me purpose and connection to so many wonderful people. I love what I do, I believe what I do brings healing and peace to my clients and I pray I can do this for the rest of my life, i truly feel being a massage therapist is what ive been called to do. 🙏❤️

Looking back at 2024 it was a busy year at the office and I greatly enjoyed helping my clients reach their wellness goals. I always enjoy seeing my regulars and catching up but it was nice seeing new faces come to the office as well. 2024 marked 9 years since Meridian Massage has been open! 9 wonderful, busy and absolutely fulfilling years! I remember when I first mustered the courage to open up my office a good friend told me if you make it to 5 years pat yourself on the back because it's not easy starting a small business, it takes time.

I feel unbelievably grateful that I am able to say we are working on year 10. The time goes by so quickly. I thank God as often as I can for leading me in the direction to want to become a L.M.T, for all the love and support from friends and family along the way and for my clients who keep me busy and allow me to continue to do what i do. Thankyou for trusting me to be your massage therapist and for putting your aches and pains and concerns in my hands. Getting clients to a better place of healing and
comfort to be able to go about their lives pain-free is somthing i am so passionate about.

I look forward to what all is in store for Meridian Massage in 2025 🎉✨️💆‍♀️❤️🙌 With all that being said if anyone is looking to schedule a session at the office I'm seeing some availability in my schedule starting in May and on. Life happens and cancellations do come up from time to time so if you aren't able to schedule that far in advance and want put on the cancellation list leave me your availability and I will keep you in the loop. Reaching out via Facebook is totally fine but the quickest way to reach me is either to call or text.

Good morning everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas with loved ones! Taking a minute to say thankyou so much for every gift certificate purchase and every sweet christmas gift i got this year from clients. The fact you guys think of me outside of the office is so thoughtful, im truly truly blessed with the best clients!❤️Wishing all my clients nothing but happiness, health and beautiful moments in 2024. ❤️✨️I can't thank you all enough for the continued love and support you have shown towards Meridian Massage over the years. These past couple years my client base has grown so much and I love being able to introduce new clients to the world of massage therapy.💆‍♀️ I LOVE what I do I BELIEVE in what I do and I HIGHLY encourage anyone who hasn't experienced bodywork to go out on a limb and give it a try! 🙌

You have no idea what you are missing, your body isn't designed to walk around in pain and discomfort. Get to a place where you are living to your full potential. Muscle aches and pains can sometimes get to the point its absolutely debilitating if let go too long. This ends now, take back your power and make your health and self care a priority (physically and mentally) in 2024. 🫶💥💯💆💆‍♀️🙌🧘‍♂️🧘‍♀️

To all my long-time regulars, thankyou so much for your support and for sticking with me all these years, you guys are the best ❤️ To all my new clients, I look forward to creating a wellness routine with you and watching you grow as my client, getting to a better place physically, mentally and spiritually. ❤️

I have officially reached out to everyone that was on my list to schedule for the new year. Thankyou to everyone for being so patient with me through that proccess! Right now I have availability for April and on. Life happens and cancellations do pop up here and there so there is potential for sooner openings, just depends. That being said if you would like to schedule with me please reach out and we will go from there. If you would like to schedule with me but are not able to schedule that far out reach out anyhow and I can add you to my cancellation list. Never hurts to call and check my availability because like I said, life happens, openings could pop up.

Hello everyone!🎄 I've been keeping so busy at the office anymore that I absolutely have been MIA on this page for a little while now so figured I would pop in and say hello! Christmas is almost upon us so for anyone looking to get a gift certificate for a loved one before the holidays reach out and we can set up a time for you to swing in. If anyone is not able to make it into the office to purchase a certificate but would still like one I also can send an invoice electronically as well, there is flexibility.

I have started scheduling for the new year. I have so many people to get back to regarding scheduling sessions for the new year. I have been trying each day to chip away at my list and schedule a handful at a time. I please ask you all to have patience with me through this overwhelming process. With that being said if you want to be added to my list for the new year reach out to me. If you think you are already on my list but want to double check also don't hesitate to reach out.
