My sober odometer is about to roll over! Please join us tonight at 6:30 pm for tea, snacks, light meditation and some loving kindness. Refuge recovery isn’t just for drug and alcohol recovery, it’s for everyone! If you’ve had a bad day, this is a good place to find some inclusive co-regulation 💟☮️☸️
