Sure to bring a smile to the face of all who wear or see them, we love an ugly sweater. If they have jingly bells, musical pushbuttons or flashing lights all the better.

Family, friends, food and football. What's not to love about Thanksgiving!?

OK, so it can be a stressful time for some folk. Our advice would be to try to focus on the things you like about the holiday and don't put too much pressure on yourself to get everything perfect.

The day's about being grateful. So, maybe show gratitude for your local restaurant and even order a take-out!

Regular exercise improves your health and lengthens your life. But this doesn't mean you have to spend long hours within the walls of a gym or be confined to the sidewalks of your neighborhood. Take a hike instead!

FYZICAL Butler loves National Hiking Day! Hiking is great exercise and lets you get out into nature, boosting your body and your mind at the same time.

Do you have excessive urination, constant thirst and hunger, weight loss, vision changes or tiredness?

It's estimated that half the adults that have diabetes are undiagnosed!

Use this day as a reminder to get yourself tested if you have any of those symptoms of diabetes.
