Are you struggling with chronic pain and looking for a way to find relief?

Introducing VA CALM for Chronic Pain – a powerful tool specifically designed to help you manage pain through mindful practices.
What is VA CALM?

VA CALM is a national mindfulness training program and stands for Compassionate Awareness Learning Module. VA CALM for Chronic Pain is a 6-week program that introduces mindfulness practices to Veterans who are suffering with chronic pain.

Mindfulness means noticing and paying attention to what is going on in the present moment, without passing judgment on it. Mindfulness has been shown to be effective for reducing stress, improving emotional balance, increasing self-awareness, helping with anxiety and depression, and coping more effectively with chronic pain.
