🤍Whitehall Yoga Class Moves to TUESDAYS!🤍

🙏🏼Thank you for your support & feedback!
I am excited to officially announce the change of Whitehall Yoga Class to Tuesday evenings at a new time!

💓I have a special class planned for tomorrow, Tuesday the 16th from 6:30-7:30pm!
We’ll do some yoga, then get cozy for meditation and sound bath!
🎟️Before we get started I’ll have a drawing, for multiple winners that includes yoga mat cleaner and a free class coupon!
🤗Oh! And did I mention the class tomorrow is FREE! Yes, free!!

The following Tuesday we’ll meet from 6:00-7:00pm. This will be the schedule moving forward.

Please share the invite & flyer for anyone interested in coming to the FREE class tomorrow evening or joining on a regular basis!

🚨News & Update!
🗓️Whitehall yoga friends and family, yoga class is moving to TUESDAY evening!

🤪With this change comes a caveat
🪷April - January classes will be on TUESDAY evenings
🫧February- March classes will be on WEDNESDAY evenings

Since starting Whitehall yoga class in 2022, I have had such amazing support from all of you and appreciate it from the bottom of my heart!

It’s been amazing to see friendships start and grow, family members practice together, evolution happening internally and externally, laughter, and most importantly the constant of a safe space!
I hope to continue yoga class and all the love and laughter shared each week for as long as possible!

Please join me TUESDAY evenings from 6:30-7:30pm to take an hour for yourself, a yoga practice, and no doubt laughter!
