🪥 Tooth Tip Tuesday!
Wondering how often your child should see the dentist?

Most children should visit the dentist every 6 months for cleanings and checkups. Regular visits help catch small issues early when they are easier to fix. We also like to see children often to check their growth and development as they gain and lose teeth.

To request an appointment, visit the link in our bio. We look forward to seeing you!

🪥 Tooth Tip Tuesday!
Here’s a helpful tip for growing smiles:

Children should see the dentist by age 1 or within 6 months of their first tooth coming in. Early dental visits help to teach parents how to care for babies teeth from the start and prevent cavities before they occur. These visits occur with babies in the comfort of their parent’s laps.

🪥 Tooth Tip Tuesday!
When it comes to healthy smiles, your child’s toothbrush matters more than you might think.

Kids should replace their toothbrush every 3 months, or sooner if the bristles are splayed or frayed. Worn toothbrushes don’t clean as effectively because the upright bristles mechanically remove the plaque. Always remember to choose a soft-bristled toothbrush so that it doesn’t cause damage to the gums. All toothbrushes that we give out at the office with cleaning visits are soft-bristled brushes.
