Second class offering! There's so much you can do to support your precious respiratory system while bringing your whole body into better balance. Whether its as simple as assisting your body to take deeper breaths, reducing mucus, soothing irritation, or fighting infection, herbs may offer support. We're looking forward to learning with you all!
