Come talk to & connect with plants through sound vibrations!

🌿 Tuesday April 29th
📍 East Pine Greenhouse
🎟 All proceeds support East Pine Botanical Gardens
✨ Space is Limited ☝️link in bio to reserve yours

Every single dollar from this event goes directly back to East Pine to support their botanical gardens🌸

Here is how the evening unfolds:
We begin hanging out with the plants. Opening ourselves to their presence and their wisdom.

Plants are ancient communicators 🍃they respond to our energy, our breath, our intention and this part of our evening is an invitation to slow down enough to actually hear them. To let their medicine find you!

Then we gather on our mats, close our eyes, and let the sound do what sound does best…. reach the places words cannot.

🎵Crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, and human voice with me, JenniJune, will wash over you in layers, releasing tension, quieting the mind, and returning you to yourself.

I hope you’ll join me!

Every morning, I place my hands on my own body as a way of healing!

Honestly, after my pregnancy losses, touching my own skin felt like a reminder of everything I had been through. My body felt like a place I wanted to escape, not come home to.

But Ayurveda taught me something quietly radical! That the simple act of oiling your skin, of brushing with intention, of starting your day by tending to yourself like you matter... is medicine.💕🌈

Abhyanga is a 5,000-year-old self-massage practice using warm oil, and it does something no supplement or skincare routine can fully replicate.

It tells your nervous system you are safe. it calms Vata, which in Ayurveda is the energy behind anxiety, grief, and feeling scattered or ungrounded. It brings you back into your body when life has made that feel impossible.

And after my two ectopic pregnancies, coming back into my body was everything.

🎉This practice is one of the ones I pour my whole heart into inside my new ebook, Held: A Ayurveda healing guide for pregnancy loss. It is full of Ayurvedic rituals, nourishing recipes, and gentle practices to help you find your way back to yourself.

💗 it drops around Mother’s Day 2026.

If that feels like support you need or have a friend you know could use it’s medicine, the waitlist link is in my bio. Join the waitlist and you’ll be the first to know when it’s live, with a special price just for you!

No matter what type of pregnancy loss you may have experienced, your body is still worthy of this kind of love.💗

Guilty as charged! 🚨 The crime? Caring too much about your womb healing after pregnancy loss, your journey through IVF and your menstrual cycles actually feeling good!

03/24/2026

The lie we’ve been fed is that there’s an “other side” to grief that we must get to that side so we can start feeling good again after loss.

But I see it differently… I don’t think there is an “other side” that we magically cross a line one day to get to. A quote “good life” isn’t something you earn once you’ve done enough shadow work or processed the 💩.

The way I see it “a good life” is what you have right now, WHILE you’re walking through it.

In Ayurveda, we honor that life has cycles & waves 💓 and these are what make up a good life! Not the absence of the waves, but the waves itself.

You’re allowed to only feel a flicker of joy when days feel heavy and grief is at the height of a wave.

You’re allowed to laugh even when you still feel tender.

You’re allowed to feel alive again even if you don’t have it all figured out!

🌷Joy can sit along side pain and hold its hand!

So if there’s a small, tiny, or even micro-moment that feels good today… breathe that in, let its warmth fill your body. These waves a part of life and part of the beauty we’re living.

💓

The ideas that won’t leave you. The desires that return over and over again no matter how long it’s been.
The small nudges, the half-formed visions…. 🌱These are your seeds, already alive, already ready.

You don’t need to search for something new… you’re being asked to trust what you already blooms within you.

Happy Spring Equinox my friends!

When the Practitioner becomes the Patient! 💓 My knee has been bothering me for a few weeks. So, Naturally, I did what many practitioners do. I lovingly ignored it for a bit while continuing to take care of everyone else. 🤭

But when the pain started creeping up to the point where walking felt like my knee was staging a full on protest, I knew it was time to listen.

So I recruited my very handsome husband to assist me with a Dough Basti last night 🌼 He did such a great job considering he’s never done it before and I love him so much for helping me!

While I was laying on the table I was reminded that Ayurveda isn’t just something I offer to others. It’s how I live.

🌷It’s in the warm oil I reach for at the end to my day.
🌷It’s in the scraping of my tongue and drinking warm water.
🌷It’s in the food I intentionally choose based on where I’m at in my cycle.
🌷It’s in the rituals that slow me down when life speeds up.
🌷It’s in the gentle listening to my body.
🌷It’s in the begging of my husband to give me my own treatments!

I believe in the power of Ayurveda because I’ve watched it work again and again in my own life!

Being a Practitioner isn’t just a job for me….it’s a daily practice of care & a relationship with my body.

Any recommendations I give my clients, I’ve applied them to my own life first & used them in my own cycle. To me they are t just merely recommendations, their lifelines of love, support and care that I’ve personally witnessed their power!

💕Ayurveda has supported me through many seasons of life and I’m so grateful to be able to share it with you!

I don’t know about you but every dang year I’m taken by surprise at how much that one hour spring forward effects my body & routine!

I’ve been feeling extra sluggish this week, wanting to lay in bed longer and wait for the sun to get up. But if I do this I usually tend to feel really heavy through out my whole day. 👎🏻 Luckily, I have over 5 years of Ayurveda education to help me through this sticky patch and I wanna share it with you!

Late winter/early spring is Kapha season in Ayurveda! So that means we’re living in increased Earth & Water energies making us feel a bit more heavy & sluggish in our bodies (sometimes even our minds).

Just like Maine as a ‘mud season’ we kinda go through that within our bodies too and can feel “stuck in the mud” Especially in the morning hours when Kapha rules the day.

This just means we gotta make a few tiny changes to help our bodies adjust to spring coming🤗

These slides are what I’m doing to help my body adjust right now.

In the coming weeks, I’ll prepare my body for a spring cleanse with food changes so I’ll share that too!

I wanna hear from you now, how have you been feeling this week with the time change? Let me@know below or send me a DM! 💕🌻🌺🌸🌷💕

Much of the work I do sits beside grief.
Not just the big, obvious griefs like pregnancy loss or losing someone we love, but the quiet griefs too. The ones that come with big life transitions, changes in identity, relationships shifting, dreams unfolding differently than we imagined.

Grief has a way of making us feel like we should hide it, rush through it, or somehow “figure it out” so we can move on and get back to normal.

But I think grief work isn’t about fixing anything at all.

It’s about tending to something deeply human. Our need for connection. Our need to express what is inside of us. Our need to move through something that has changed us.

In the spaces I hold, I believe our stories deserve to be shared. When we speak them out loud, something powerful happens. We realize we are not alone in what we’ve carried. We begin to see our experiences with a little more curiosity and a little more compassion.

Even in the uncomfortable places.

Grief doesn’t need to be rushed. It needs to be witnessed.

And sometimes the most healing thing we can do is sit together, listen, and allow the story to unfold.

If your heart is asking for that kind of space, you’re always welcome to reach out and book a session with me.

Zoom fatigue is real… and this workshop series was designed for real connection and real-life hangouts.

No screens. No logging on after a long day. Just a cozy, in-person space to learn, laugh, cook, breathe, and reconnect with yourself alongside other women doing the same.

🌼 Learn Ayurvedic tools to soften self-talk and build everyday self-compassion
🌼 Cook together and uncover the medicine in your kitchen
🌼 Upgrade your daily habits with Dinacharya, marma points, and self-massage
🌼 Practice simple breathwork to regulate emotions — supported by the calming presence of horses
🌼 Receive a toolbox of Ayurvedic spices, medicine, and tools to weave into your everyday

And most importantly, we’ll be radically expanding your capacity for loving yourself.
