We are aware of a scheduling glitch that occurred today around 9 am that sent about 100 cancellations out right around the same time that the internet went out in Byesville, leading all the way to 2027. Appointments that were accidentally canceled will be corrected and our team is working on reaching out to patients. We have a consultant who is looking into this glitch and our IT team as well! If you or a family member were affected by this, please send a message in your patient portal or leave us a voicemail and our team will work on calling you back as soon as possible!

We did change our hours slightly and our new schedule is:
Mondays: 6 am to 6 pm
Tuesdays and Wednesdays: 6 am to 4 pm
Thursdays: 6 am to 3 pm
Fridays: Telehealth only and we offer telehealth after hours
We are closed for lunch from 11:45 am to 12:45 pm

Also just to let everyone know, Emily did put her notice in, so that she can pursue her endeavors of working in gastroenterology, a specialty clinic. She will be leaving in April. It’s possible this was part of the glitch or due to closing on Fridays recently. We are moving appointments daily to correct this, so that we can help you meet your healthcare needs!

We are still accepting new patients and accept all insurances!

We will be back in person tomorrow January 27th, starting at 6 am (normal hours), since we are at a level 2 now. If you feel it is unsafe to come in, we’d be happy to see you via telehealth! Travel safe and let us know if you need anything!

The safety of our amazing patients and employees is of our upmost importance! Due to inclement weather and backroads being unsafe, along with the level 3 and more predicted snow, our in person visits for tomorrow, will be canceled as staff will work from home tomorrow to be safe. We will be doing telehealth only for the entire day, tomorrow January 26th! We will be available by phone only and please call our normal office number at 740-685-6800, so we can take care of you from 6 am to 6 pm!

Happy Holidays Everyone!!! This week we will be closing on Christmas Eve at 11 am and we will be closed on Christmas Day and the day after, December 26th. We will return to normal hours on Monday, December 29th.

We will be closing at 11 am on New Year’s Eve and closed on New Year’s Day and we will resume normal hours on Friday January 2nd! If you have an emergency or need a telehealth office visit, please call the after hours emergency line at 740-685-6800!

This week we close at 11:00 am today and will be closed tomorrow and Friday to celebrate the holiday with our family! We are available for emergency calls or telehealth if needed! We will be back in office normal hours next week!
