People are always asking why I always barefoot!!! Let me introduce you to one of the easiest, most underrated wellness hacks out there. 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼

It’s free. It’s natural. And it’s wildly effective.

GROUNDING. Also known as earthing. 🌿

Y’all, it’s as simple as walking barefoot outside. That’s it.

Why grounding works:
Your body is full of electrical energy. So is the earth. But unlike us, the earth holds a negative charge. When we walk barefoot on the ground- dirt, grass, sand, you name it- our bodies literally recharge. ⚡

The benefits?
• Reduced inflammation
• Improved sleep (yes please!) 💤
• Balanced cortisol levels

I try to get my babies outside barefoot every single day. It’s part of our rhythm now. After breakfast, we head out, feed the chickens 🐓, check for eggs, and just let our feet touch the ground.
