Set Apart Buckwheat • Gluten-Free Flour

This flour is naturally gluten-free, not because anything is removed, but because of how it’s made. Buckwheat isn’t wheat it’s a pseudograin, more closely related to sorrel and rhubarb, and not a grass like traditional grains.

Baking with beef butter is amazing for a flaky crust pies, pastries, and other baked good!

Have you ever cooked with beef fat before? We didn’t call it tallow… on purpose

“Tallow” has become a buzzword…

But let’s be honest..most people still don’t know how to use it.

That’s why we call it Beef Butter. Because when you hear butter… you already get it.

Cook with it.
Bake with it.
Fry with it.

Same real ingredient, just easier to understand and way easier to use.

If you can cook with butter, you can use this.

Ways to use it:
SEAR: For rich flavor & a crisp, golden crust
FRY: High smoke point-perfect for frying foods
BAKE: Adds moisture & flakiness to baked goods
ROAST: Enhances browning on vegetables & meats
SAUTÉ: Boosts flavor in everyday cooking
GREASE: Naturally seasons pans & prevents sticking

These are our starter packs: Daily Grace, Called to Light & The Chosen One are the ones that I grab and reached for on a daily basis for recipes of all kinds!  You can easily make bread, sourdoughs, muffins, cookies, rolls or pizza dough within these three!

A great benefit to be a part of and I’m thankful we were able to collaborate with Duncan family farms to offer a basket together of goods we produce on our farms! Stop on out to the village Bible church tomorrow to bid on this basket that will benefit an amazing local family!

Nothing better than local farms collaborating for a great charity event! Come on out to Village Bible Church tomorrow evening to bid on the Duncan Family Farms and 11:13 Mill basket! Fresh milled flour, Maple Syrup and Maple Sugar (donated by the Wise Family), popcorn, tallow and tallow body soap!
