Need a little tune-up on your training? Want to brush up on the basics, reconnect with the symbols, or learn a few new techniques?

At Mama Meadows, certified practitioners are welcome to sit in on any level of training for a low refresher rate. It’s a great way to rebuild confidence, deepen your practice, and expand your toolkit, whether you’ve been practicing for years or you’re feeling called back to the basics.

Here’s what’s available:
🌿 Level One Refresher — $25
🌿 Level Two Refresher — $50
🌿 Level Three Refresher — $75
📘 Optional Handbook — $25+
Each class is a full 8-hour training day where you can listen in, participate as you feel called, and soak up new insights.
