🎉 Happy Rex Manning Day!

If you know, you know… Empire Records was basically on repeat during my teenage years. I’m talking almost every single day. At this point, I could probably recite the entire movie without missing a beat. So many iconic one-liners, so many moments that just live rent-free in my brain.

This movie had everything… chaos, attitude, music, and a crew of completely unique, creative, slightly unhinged humans. Honestly, it just made sense to me.

It’s one of those films that sticks with you, not because it’s perfect, but because it’s real, a little weird, and a whole lot of fun.

So go ahead… throw it on, quote your favorite lines, and celebrate accordingly.

✨ Today I am going to share a helpful tip with you when it comes to creating your own affirmations.

✨ If an affirmation doesn't sit well or feel true, try starting it with, "I am willing to believe" or "I am becoming".

✨ This will set the stage for your goals. Once you feel the affirmation more comfortably, you simply change it to "I am".

✨ Not only will this be motivating, but also confidence building. Let your inner light shine.
