✨ A Little Myth-Busting About Psychic & Energy Work ✨
I want to clear something up that I think a lot of people quietly wonder about.
No, I don’t “read” people’s energy without permission.
That’s not how I work, and it’s not how most ethical energy practitioners work either.
The only time I ever sense something from someone without consciously tuning in is when their energy is practically shouting for attention, like it’s being thrown right in my face. Otherwise, I keep my own energetic boundaries strong.
Truth is, I don’t walk around with my psychic abilities wide open. That would be overwhelming and honestly unsafe for my own well-being. I’ve learned over the years how important it is to clear my energy and place protection around myself before going out into the world. My wards are always up, not to block connection, but to keep things balanced and peaceful.
I’m not out here reading minds, seeing spirits in the grocery store, or scanning people at the gas station. 😅 I’m just being human, maybe a little more aware of energy than most, but still focused on living my life.
So if you ever find yourself around me, relax. I’m probably more focused on my coffee, the birds, or my next creative idea than anyone’s aura. 😉
