This is the online PT I have been using since finding out about tears in my right shoulder. My goal was to get my draw weight up to elk hunt and I was able to achieve that with consistant and specific exercises with Christain. I still utilize him for maintenance and now added some lower body to get ready for a mountain hike this summer!! Check him out!!
