Hey everyone,

I know some of you are feeling stressed about the upcoming year, so I wanted to take a moment to clarify a couple of things.

✨ Scheduling:
If your recurring appointment already falls within the new schedule, nothing will change. If it doesn’t, I’ll be reaching out personally to help find a new appointment time that works best for you.

✨ Noise Reminder:
The recent message about noise was not directed at anyone in particular. We’ve just had a few clients mention that it can be distracting to hear conversations at checkout or when others come in to ask about services. We do our best to keep things quiet, but since we are not a one-therapist practice, a little background noise is sometimes unavoidable. Thank you for being patient and understanding with both us and each other.

We appreciate you all so much and thank you for being part of our community. 💜
