Happy first day of May!! May is Mental Health Awareness Month!

Today’s mental health tip…. Get up and move! Go outside, take a deep breath of fresh air, go for a walk!
Movement is medicine! We all stay inside, locked in our electronic devices. Fresh air, sunshine, and movement, while not a cure all, can definitely boost your mood!
