*Cancellation/No Show Policy:
You must contact us to cancel any appointments AT LEAST 2 HOURS BEFORE your appointment time to avoid any last minute cancellation/no show fees we will charge if you do, that are applied PER SERVICE that is booked with us.

*We now require a card on file upon booking for ALL customers to ensure our staff’s efforts are respected by all clientele and to make your Spa Services the best.
We do not have access to view the card information once it is stored in Square systems, and we do not charge until after services have been rendered to our clients or client fails to cancel in the appropriate amount of time/don't show up for their appointment(s), unless it is a pre-payment for a Spa Package or the client’s request.
