Who is getting excited for Christmas Dinner? We are!!!

If you find yourself excited about all of the delicious food choices that are coming up, but still trying to find a way to keep the calories down a little bit, here’s some advice from one of our doctors.

We’re not saying you shouldn’t have a Christmas cookie (or two) or that you shouldn’t enjoy a hearty scoop of mashed potatoes with gravy; however, drinking a glass of water before eating and eating the healthier foods first will help ensure that you enjoy your meal without overindulging too much.
