*Massage also stimulates blood circulation and assists the lymphatic system (which runs parallel to the circulatory system), improving the elimination of waste throughout the body.

*Massage is also believed to support healing by reducing recovery time after an injury, help with pain, enhance relaxation, and boost energy.

*Massage is great for many musculoskeletal problems, such as low back, arthritis, fibromyalgia, sprains and strains.

Here’s mine as you can tell my kid was not a fan. Truth behind the picture: she was upset that Mrs clause wasn’t there because she would always talk to her instead of Santa lol
