Overall structure
• Massage timing for general wellness: every 3–4 weeks works well for maintenance, stress reduction, and muscle health.
• Each massage week focuses on recovery and nervous‑system downshifting; the weeks between focus on light movement, hydration, and consistent sleep routine

Movement:
• 3 days of 10–15 minutes easy walking.
• 2 days of 10 minutes gentle mobility (neck, shoulders, hips).
• Sleep:
