As the calendar is getting ready to turn to a new year, we are joyfully continuing our journey of healing with a fresh start for our Women’s Sexual Abuse Recovery Group and our Co-Ed Sexual Abuse Recovery Group. These groups have long been a refuge for survivors of sexual abuse — places where courage is honored, voices are heard, and hope is rekindled. This January, we begin again with renewed energy and open hearts. Together, we will:

• 🌱 Plant seeds of resilience and growth
• 💫 Celebrate the strength found in shared stories
• 🤝 Build bonds of compassion and community

For every survivor, these groups are a reminder: healing is not a solitary path. It is a journey we walk side by side, lifting one another up, rediscovering joy, and reclaiming the future.
