Beginning today, our outpatient
physical therapy is open for regular appointments. If you or someone in you know needs physical therapy services call us today to make an appointment. We are taking extra steps to maintain the well-being of all patients and staff.

• Patients will be required to wear a mask. They can wear their own personal cloth mask, or will be provided a surgical mask by the clinic upon arrival.

• All patients will be screened upon arrival for symptoms and temperature will be checked upon arrival.

• No visitors will be allowed in the clinic or waiting room. Those accompanying patients will need to wait in their cars in the parking lot.

• Social distancing requirement will be maintained, and patients will be limited to one per therapist in the clinic.

• Hand sanitizer is available throughout the clinic.

• Therapy staff will wear surgical masks during the treatment session, wear gloves and have their temperature is checked each day.

• Enhanced sanitizing of all surfaces will be performed between each patient.

Brogan Uphoff, PT, DPT earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from University of North Georgia in 2017 and a Bachelor of Exercise Science degree from Bellarmine University. She enjoys working with all age ranges, with experience in orthopedics, geriatrics, return-to-sport, vestibular rehabilitation, and work conditioning. She is certified in Dry Needling and has received additional training in concussion management. She is excited to share her knowledge and become part of each individual’s path to health and wellness. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with loved ones and her poodle, Rowan. If the weather is right, you won’t catch her indoors. She is an avid hiker, swimmer, and hunter.
