Teresa Devlin, a director at Wellspring Pregnancy Center since 2014 in Moundsville, passed away unexpectedly on January 2, 2026.
She served on the Advisory Board of the West Virginia Pregnancy Center Coalition and on the Board of the Haven Maternity Home.
She was passionate about uplifting women and children and worked tirelessly to serve them.
We will miss her smile, her laugh, her wisdom, her joy.
Our condolences to her family and friends.
