Looking forward at the upcoming months this year, I wanted to share that come May, I will be on maternity leave for 3 months.

If you need your CPR renewed in 2026, please contact me to get scheduled ASAP. Scheduling will not be quite as flexible with a newborn at home & I want to be sure my clients all get certified/re-certified in a timely manner.

You should have your cholesterol checked at least every 4 to 6 years starting at age 20, more often if you have a high risk of heart disease. And maybe skip the ice cream sundaes for dinner.
