“Growing pains” might be common, but that doesn’t mean they should be ignored.

As kids grow, their bodies are constantly changing. Bones, muscles, and especially the nervous system are all adapting at the same time. When there’s stress or imbalance, it can show up as those aches and pains (often at night).

This office has grown right alongside my life, through new seasons, big changes, and the sweetest milestones. I said “I do,” had our 2 boys, bought out Dr. Lona and changed our office name, and built a life deeply rooted in this community.

While so much has changed over the years, one thing never has: our commitment to showing up for you with the same care, intention, and values we started with.

I'm incredibly grateful for every patient who has trusted us, every family I’ve had the privilege to care for, and every referral that has helped our small-town office grow.
