We have received reports of intermittent issues with incoming calls to our main line. Please be assured that we have not experienced any power outages and our staff members and residents are safe and warm within the facility. Although our parking lot has been cleared of snow, the roads leading to the facility remain hazardous. We advise visitors to exercise extreme caution when traveling to the facility today. Thank you for entrusting us with the care of your loved ones. We also extend our appreciation to our staff members for consistently delivering exceptional care to our residents.
