Jesse Giunta Rafeh, M.A. Live Better My mission is to provide people with an opportunity to be the best version of themselves. Why do we sometimes fail to reach our potential? I can help.

We are all unique, and when we allow that uniqueness to shine, we become lovable, productive, successful and happy people. Not because we do not want to be happy and successful. Rather, it is because of obstacles that block our ability to live the life we want. It is because we have developed poor coping strategies, anxiety, depression, or self-doubt. As a teenager I struggled with all four of these obstacles, but through the process of my own therapy, I discovered that I could create the life I wanted. Because of my success, I decided to help others clear their own paths to happiness. If you feel like you are not on the path to creating fulfillment and joy in your life, call me.

Leo’s very first run on skis!!! ⛷️

Watching him come down the hill, determined, and absolutely beaming, felt like one of those moments I’ll hold onto forever!

One of my intentions for 2026 is to say yes to more adventures with him on the mountain.

More fresh air and more joy that lives in movement and laughter.

Nothing makes me happier than seeing him light up doing something new!

Watching him come down the hill, determined and absolutely beaming, felt like one of those moments I’ll hold onto forever!

What if the thing you’re craving isn’t intensity… but calm? 👀

It doesn’t demand attention or prove a point:
→ It shows up anyway.
→ It stays steady when things wobble.
→ It creates safety instead of sparks.

I’ve learned that the relationships that last aren’t built on intensity or grand gestures...

They’re built on trust, rhythm, and knowing what to expect from one another!

Consistency is underrated.

And calm? Calm makes room for real connection.

That’s the kind of energy I’m choosing to live from 🫶🏻

Apparently, snow play requires very specific fashion choices 😉❄️

Getting ready to head outside, and Leo insisted on this outfit because it’s “just like dad’s.”

Watching him take pride in that resemblance stopped me for a second.

How much he’s always watching and absorbing.

It’s a quiet reminder that love is learned in the smallest ways, in who they want to be like.

And honestly?

My heart could absolutely burst watching him grow into himself right in front of me 🤍

Wow 😅 the first month of 2026 is already coming to a close...

If you’re feeling behind… pause.

You’re not failing, you’re just aiming too big, too fast!

Most of us don’t struggle because we don’t want it enough.

We struggle because we set goals that feel so overwhelming, and we never start.

The shift isn’t more discipline, it’s smaller steps 🙌🏼

No more, “I’m changing everything starting Monday.”

But acknowledging and celebrating:
→ One walk around the block
→ One glass of water
→ One email sent
→ One tiny action you know you’ll follow through on

Momentum doesn’t come from pressure!

It comes from proof that you can keep promises to yourself 🤍

Start small and build emotional confidence.

Let consistency grow before intensity.

You still have eleven months left!!

January was just the warm-up.

What’s one baby step you’re committing to this week?

If money still feels stressful, heavy, or loaded with guilt… It’s not because you’re bad with it 😅

It’s because no one ever taught you how to build a relationship with it!

Most of us learned to budget through shame, restriction, or fear...

Spend less, do better, and try harder.

And somehow we’re still left feeling anxious and disconnected.

But what if “living better” wasn’t about cutting joy... And instead about getting radically clear on what actually matters to you?

🤩 Spending generously on the things that bring you alive!
👋🏼 Letting go of the rest without punishment or pressure.
💸 Creating a financial life that supports your values, your nervous system, and your real priorities.

That’s the work we do inside Live Better 🤍

A space to untangle old money patterns and rebuild something that actually feels good.

Real confidence isn’t built by pretending you don’t feel insecure...

It’s built by slowing down long enough to actually listen to the parts of you that do.

Most people know what they’re “supposed” to do, be confident and go after what they want.

But that quiet voice that says, “Who am I to do this?”

Instead of bypassing it with affirmations, try this:
✨ Pause
✨ Breathe
✨ Give those feelings space to surface

You can’t grow past what you refuse to acknowledge!

But when you meet your underdeveloped parts with compassion instead of pressure… they start to develop 🙌🏼

Confidence comes from integration, not perfection.

And the more honest you are with yourself, the more authentic your presence becomes, and people feel that 🤍

Tell me, what’s one area you’re learning to meet with more compassion lately?

Watching Mark and Leo head off to one of their first hockey games together felt like witnessing a memory being written in real time!

The excitement, the curiosity, the way Leo takes it all in so fully...

It’s a reminder of how much connection lives in these simple, ordinary moments 🙌🏼

Seeing them together softens something in me...

It slows me down and pulls me out of the mental to-do lists and into the present.

Every new experience they share feels like its own little chapter.

One that’s less about the game and more about presence and learning how to do life side by side.

And honestly? I’m just so grateful I get to witness it all 🤍

Most of what we’ve been taught about money is quietly sabotaging us 😬

Somewhere along the way, money picked up meaning it was never meant to carry...

Happiness, worth, safety, goodness, identity, the list goes on!

And when those beliefs go unexamined, money quietly starts running the show.

We tell ourselves things like:
→ Once I have more, I’ll finally be happy.
→ If I spend this, I’ll feel better.
→ Good people shouldn’t want money.

None of those beliefs create peace... They create pressure!

Inside Live Better, we slow this all down ⤵️

We untangle money from self-worth, spending from fulfillment, and success from shame. So you can build habits that actually support your True Self instead of working against it 🙌🏼

If you’re ready to unlearn the myths and create a healthier relationship with money, Live Better, 2026 Spring Session is now open 🤍

🚨 PSA: Comparison doesn’t mean you’re behind...

It usually means you’re scared.

You look around…
See someone else creating what you want.
And suddenly your mind fills in the gaps.
Maybe I missed my chance.
Maybe I don’t have what it takes.
Maybe everyone else figured it out faster than I did.

But here’s the part we skip 🤍

Underneath comparison isn’t jealousy...

It’s fear, fear that you won’t get what you want, or that you won’t be able to create the life you’re imagining.

And instead of pushing that feeling away, try meeting it with empathy.

Let it exist. and let yourself hear what it’s asking for.

Then go small.
→ One step you can control.
→ One action that moves you forward.
→ One choice that puts you back in motion.

Because flow doesn’t come from watching someone else’s life unfold!

It comes from being engaged in your own 🫶🏼

Date night finally survived the calendar chaos 🏒😅

Mark and I made it out to a Los Angeles Kings game after way too long, and it felt like a small win we didn’t know we needed!

Life has a way of filling every open space.

Schedules stack, weeks blur together, and suddenly it’s been months since you’ve had an uninterrupted night just to be together.

We don’t get these nights often, which somehow makes them feel even sweeter!

The conversations are lighter, and everything slows down just enough to remember what matters.

Sitting there, cheering, laughing, and sharing a moment that was just ours, I was reminded how much I love doing life with him 🤍

It’s pausing what we’ve been using to cope.

Even when that habit feels like it’s helping, and when part of you believes you need it to get through the day.

But relief and regulation aren’t the same thing ❌

When we step back, even briefly, we get the chance to see more clearly:
→ what this habit was giving us
→ and what it’s quietly been costing us

That pause isn’t failure... it's information 💡

And from that place, we can make choices with awareness instead of autopilot that actually support the life we’re trying to build!

This is the kind of compassionate, honest work we do inside the Live Better Spring Course 🌱

This time of year can feel heavier than we expect.

The new year shows up… but we’re tired 😅
→ Socially spent.
→ Off our routines.
→ A little disconnected from the version of ourselves we know is in there.

And instead of forcing motivation, here’s what I keep coming back to 🤍

Look for the small moments where you already feel the way you want to feel.

💕 Watching your child light up over something they love.
☀️ Taking a walk instead of scrolling.
🌳 Breathing fresh air.
☕ Laughing with a friend over coffee.

And when those moments happen, name them!

Because motivation doesn’t come from pressure...

It comes from collecting tiny experiences that remind your nervous system, oh… this is what feels good.

No dramatic reset required 🫶🏼
