Holiday Magic at Silverado Calabasas!
We had an incredible day yesterday! The air was filled with creativity, warmth, and holiday cheer as we hosted a special floral design workshop right here in our community.

We were honored to welcome the supremely talented team from Lia's Floral Design! They led our residents, their families, and our professional partners in creating absolutely stunning centerpieces—just in time to brighten up their homes for the holiday season! 💐

The smiles were endless and the warmth in the room was palpable. It's moments like these that remind us of the magic within our community.

Residents beamed with pride as they arranged their blooms.

Families shared beautiful, hands-on moments together.

Professional partners were able to experience the genuine joy of our community firsthand, working alongside our residents.

There is something so special about inviting our partners in to share a "lived experience" with us. It allows them to feel the true heart and soul of Silverado of Calabasas! ❤️

We are so grateful for the trust you placed in us, and the holiday season excitement is already building! Many residents are asking, "When can we do it again?!"

This National Pupusa Day, we decided to spice things up for our associates! We were curious about their favorite treats, and guess what we found out? They are huge fans of pupusas!

Nothing beats showing appreciation through delicious food and seeing those happy faces. We are so lucky to have such a dedicated and hardworking team!

It was 🧀Nacho average day🧀 today in honor of National Nachos Day! It was stacked with fun, laughter, and, of course, some absolutely fantastic nachos.

Our residents and team members all agreed this event was a huge hit! Thanks a million to 1Heart for sponsoring the nachos for our associates. Our Nexus and Community Living residents got in on the festivities by making their own nachos and margaritas.

Today's Nexus Living adventure took us straight to relaxation at the Valley Salt Caves! We spent an hour surrounded by glowing pink Himalayan salt and the sound of a waterfall, we enjoyed a blissful guided meditation and learned a lot about the various wellness benefits to the practice of meditating in a salt cave. Our residents absolutely loved the unique experience and left feeling totally relaxed and refreshed. So much fun trying new things with old friends! As usual, there was a request for ice cream and we were happy to oblige.

Is he not the absolute cutest thing you've ever seen while he munches on his carrots? Our community bunny brings so much happiness to our residents and associates. It's hard not to smile sneak some cuddles when he is out and about.

What a night! Our Silverado Calabasas Halloween Spooktacular was a huge hit! 🧡🖤

We started the fun with a great parade and trick-or-treating, then kept the party going with a karaoke session that was scary good! The energy peaked with our live performer, who got everyone showing off their thrilling dance moves!

Today is National Cat Day so we just have to recognize The King of Cuddles, Oscar!

This sweet boy is busy at Silverado Calabasas "making biscuits" and purring his heart out for everyone. His mission: get all the pets! 😻
