Something Simply Delicious Is Coming Your Way! Down in Coast Rica last winter, I was immersed in nature so deeply, drinking in a life force so high, and soaring on feelings of connection so profound, that I felt opened up even wider to the unfathomable wisdom of nature. We have some pretty interesting stories on our planet. And they’ve been told so often that they start to feel real.

I know, I was raised with them as well. This belief of a “battle” somehow between dark and light.

But see the thing is - that’s an illusion.

When we BELIEVE in the battle, we keep the battle raging. When we realize there’s no such thing, the darkness dissipates. And we realize we’ve always been free.

We just kept ourselves SOOOO BUSY battling the darkness that we harbored within ourselves. Lol. And you literally don’t have to. 🌟

Change your habits, change your mind, change your practice. Ingest only that which brings joy, that which feeds delight, that which builds clarity.

You got this! That you didn’t know you did is just part of the illusion.

I see you and I know you got this, or else you simply wouldn’t be here now :-)

Thank you for all you do to keep the light on and for everything you share, that expands clarity, grace, wisdom and the dignity that is inherent within each of us. 💝

We have a concept that “one day” we will become something.

One day we will be something other than what we are., somewhere other than here.

One day we will know something more, BE something greater .

One day, we will forgive ourselves for the ridiculous things we have done to ourselves. …. Lol.

Beloved soul, there is no “one day”,

That is quite literally lunacy thinking. You will never get to “one day”. Because THIS is the only moment you actually have.

This IS the moment your consciousness has chosen to experience.

This is your one day.

I entreat you to use it wisely. I entreat you to use it beautifully.🦋

I remind you that you can be as wise, as beautiful, as gracious, as generous, as compassionate as you choose to be.

Because you only have one day.

“Thinking” has become the prison of choice for humans to be neatly corralled and controlled within.

Who’s thinking should you follow? The ones in power? The ones who raised you? The ones who scream the loudest?

Why is their thinking superior or more meaningful than any of your own insights or awarenesses?

And yet the ability to question our own thoughts has been so challenging for so many millennia, that many of us over timelines have chosen to remain silent rather than examine them.

But the beautiful thing is that your thoughts are not even real :-)

Thinking is fallible, memory is mutable.

But when you flow down from your head into your heart, suddenly, you activate a brand new perception of Knowing.

Knowing is not a trend.

Knowing does not need agreement.

Knowing is personal and powerful.

This paradigm of Awakening that we are all a party to in one way or another, is about discovering the prison of your thoughts, and recognizing the freedom in your Knowing.

Respond rather than react.

Center rather than scatter.

Know what is yours and what is not.

Be clear about your boundaries.

Remain with what is yours and eliminate the distractions which pull you from your Alignment.

Then, when it is your time to step up, when it is your time to respond, you will do so from your internal discipline of Alignment rather than from an imbalanced ego.
