Dr. Laura Paris Life is simple! Be HAPPY, be HEALTHY, be WISE. And have FUN. Doctor of Oriental Medicine, Writer, It's not complicated, it's simple. And mostly, it'll be FUN.

I am a Doctor of Oriental Medicine and practitioner of Alternative Healing Arts for 30 years. I am an eternal student, but also a writer and a teacher and I want to share the knowledge and wisdom I've learned over the years about living a healthy and happy life. My focus is on being HAPPY, being HEALTHY, being WISE and having FUN. My journey as a healer has encompassed many modalities of holistic health: Traditional Chinese Medicine, Herbs and Acupuncture, Homeopathy, Supplements and Nutrition, Essential Oils, and many forms of Exercise (including Weights, Cardio, Tai Chi, Yoga, Essentics). My journey as a healer has also lead me to more spiritual and mystical studies including healing techniques that embrace more metaphysical and esoteric modalities. The stuff that makes the spirit fly! I'm so grateful for all I've learned on my journey and I am so happy to share it with everyone. It'll be HAPPY, it'll be HEALTHY and it'll be WISE.
