Our goal is to educate our clients on the use and misuse of alcohol and drugs, to provide them with alternative living and coping skills and to enable them to lead productive and pro-social lives.

Our instructor is out sick, so tonight’s Recovery Yoga session is cancelled.

We’re really sorry for the inconvenience — trust us, we’re just as bummed as you are.
Thank you for understanding and giving our instructor the time they need to rest and recover.

We’re excited to spotlight My360project, an incredible organization transforming lives around the world. Their mission is simple but powerful — putting handmade, sustainable shoes on the feet of children in need while teaching communities the skills to create them.

They empower people through simple, hands-on training that builds confidence, opportunity, and practical skills. Their work is hands-on, heart-led, and changing lives one step at a time. This is also a paid training opportunity — disadvantaged people helping disadvantaged people, with support provided every step of the way.
