We're not interested in quotas (i.e., 30 patients a day), shortcuts, or nameless faces. We are a community based practice that is focused on helping you recover and experience an abundance of health and wellness. We use the latest treatments including Active Release Technique(ART), Kinesio Taping, Graston Technique, Dry Needling, Spinal Manipulation and the Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment of the Spine. Chances are, you’re missing hip extension or motor control… the two ingredients your glutes need to fire!
And if you don’t turn on the glutes, other muscles take over, and that’s when injuries creep in like runners knee 👎 A small fix that makes a big difference. 🧩
- Achieve Hip Extension → Work to allow your glute to contract for full range of motion
- Gain Motor Control → Cue hip extension from the glute vs hamstring which maintains running mechanics and drives hip forward
- Activate Hip Extension → Engage your core to keep the back still to improve glute and hamstring activation

They’re the link between sitting, standing tall, and just moving well.
Stretching & strengthening them keeps you moving freely — from workouts to daily life.
Here are 3 stretches to try:
