The top reasons I’ve observed that result in people not sticking to their nutrition/diet/weight loss goals boils down to stress/emotional eating, bored eating, and meal timing self sabotage.
And with all three scenarios, you have to ask why you are doing or not doing the things to set yourself up for success.
All three scenarios tend to result in an under eating to over eating yo-yo effect, or just overeating. It’s a frustrating situation for sure.
Just saying, “I’m not going to do the thing” will not work and applies to any habit that is unproductive or causes your mind and/or body harm. You have to replace the unproductive habit with a productive habit.
And whatever you are doing or not doing does not affect your self worth ❤️ It’s only ever been about developing new skills.
