Hello families! Easter is fast approaching, and we would like to do a neat idea of having your loved ones wear an Easter bonnet next Friday, April 3rd in celebration of the Easter holiday! And also, the Easter Bunny will be hopping in next Friday as well!

We are celebrating two very special anniversaries today at Legacies Assisted Living! First, it's the facility's seven year anniversary of providing your loved ones care in the Caledonia community! All of us at Legacies are blessed to be able to care for your loved ones and to help them continue their legacy!

Our second special anniversary is for Katy and Roy! It is their 13th wedding anniversary, and they are the life of our facility, and their love and care for the residents, staff and family members is a huge blessing to all of us!

We've had a fun couple of days here at Legacies 😄..

Wednesday we were blessed with beautiful handmade jewelry by the Grandpa of one of our staff.....He generously gifted our lady residents and staff with their choices of earrings ☺️. Thank you Grandpa Jim!

Then, today (Thursday), it was Hawaiian Day..... Bonnie found out what everyone's Hawaiian name was, we had a fun little photo shoot, and learned some interesting history about Hawaii and its culture 🌺

Today we learned some interesting facts about the Key deer for Key deer Awareness day! And of course we had a fun deer photo session 😁

Fun facts: Key deer are the smaller subspecies of our whitetail deer, they only reach 24 to 32 inches tall and they are only found in the Florida Keys.
