Our electric cryotherapy chamber is now up and running and ready to help you recover like a pro.

How it works:
Cryotherapy exposes your body to ultra-cold air (down to approximately -166°F range) for 2–3 minutes. The rapid cold exposure causes vasoconstriction at the surface, helping reduce inflammation and soreness. Once you step out, blood flow increases as your body rewarms — delivering oxygen and nutrients back to tissues.

🚨 ATTIRE REQUIREMENTS (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)

For safety and hygiene:

ALL clients must wear:
• Underwear ONLY (no sports bras with metal, no wired bras)
• NO metal of any kind on clothing
• Clean, dry socks
• No jewelry (remove ALL rings, necklaces, bracelets, watches, piercings if possible)
• No lotions or oils prior to session
-No open wounds
-No children under 12

Metal is NOT permitted in the chamber. This includes snaps, zippers, underwire, or any embedded metal in garments.

If you arrive without proper attire, we will not be able to provide the session.

👨‍👩‍👧 MINORS POLICY (UNDER 18)

• A parent or legal guardian MUST be present in the building during the entire session.
• Parent/guardian must sign consent forms prior to treatment.
• No exceptions.

If a parent is not present, the session cannot be performed.

Sessions are $50 and take less than 5 minutes total for the session.

If you’re an athlete in-season, training hard, or just dealing with daily aches and pains — this is a great addition to your recovery routine.
