Greetings, Calhoun, Georgia!

Many of you know me as Dr. Ski, and I’m thrilled to announce my return to Calhoun! Over the past year, I took a brief sabbatical from clinic work to serve as a pediatric hospitalist in sunny Daytona Beach, Florida. As much as I enjoyed the experience, I’ve come to realize that home is where the heart is—and for me, that’s right here in Calhoun.

I’m excited to join All God’s Children (AGC) starting April 7, 2025, and I look forward to seeing both familiar faces and new ones. If your child needs a pediatrician, I’d love the opportunity to care for them—appointments can be scheduled with me at AGC.

For those who don’t know me, I’ve been practicing pediatric medicine since 2000, and I truly love what I do. My wife recently asked me, “If you could go back and choose another specialty, would you?” Without hesitation, my answer was no. God called me to pediatrics, even when I thought I had other plans. My father was a pediatrician, and when I entered medical school at Loma Linda University in 1993, I was determined to do anything but pediatrics. But God has a way of guiding us where we’re meant to be—and I couldn’t imagine doing anything else.

I look forward to reconnecting with my former patients and building new relationships with families in our community. It is truly a joy to be back in Calhoun!

It is with mixed emotions that I announce my upcoming retirement from AGC Pediatrics. While I am excited for the next chapter of my life, I am still a little bit sad about ending my practice here.

I have enjoyed working here for more than 9 years. I love the people, providers, staff, and management personnel. It is a really great team to work with.

I love the AGC family and hope to stay a part of it. They are my colleagues and my friends.

I love what I do, and of course, have some special patients / clients who I am very attached to, and I will miss them terribly. I've always said that children are sometimes better people than big people. They make me happy. I am confident that I leave them in good hands.

Thank you to all of the children and parents who have let me be a part of your life. I appreciate you and wish you all the best. God Bless You and Yours.
