What an inspiring way to open our 2025 Morning Pointe Senior Living Leadership Annual Conference. ✨

Leaders from our 42 communities across five states — along with our corporate home office team — gathered under the leadership and vision of our co-founders, Franklin Farrow and Greg Vital, to reconnect, learn, and look ahead, united by our mission of helping residents live their best lives. 💚🏡

We were honored to welcome Tom Griscom, a communications consultant and seasoned leader whose career spans journalism, public service, and corporate strategy. From his early work with U.S. Senator Howard Baker to serving as White House Communications Director under President Reagan, Tom reminded us that leadership isn’t a straight line — and that the details matter.

He spoke about shaping perceptions, navigating challenges, seizing unexpected opportunities, and knowing when to take risks. He also shared the behind-the-scenes story of one of history’s most defining lines:
“Mr. Gorbachev, tear down that wall.”

His message encouraged us to focus on what truly matters, showing how leadership often reveals itself in the unexpected and quietly courageous choices we make every day. 🌟

We left inspired — with renewed purpose and a shared commitment to serve our residents and families with heart, vision, and resilience.
