Happy Easter from all of us at Morning Pointe of Calhoun 🐣🌷💛

Our residents had such a wonderful time at our annual Easter egg hunt, enjoying the excitement of watching children search for eggs, play yard games, and take in all the fun. Sweet treats like popcorn, snow cones, and cookies made the day even better.

It’s always so special to see the smiles, hear the laughter, and feel the joy shared all around. Moments like these remind us just how meaningful time together can be.

A big thank you to Willowbrook Hospice, Spirit Hospice of Georgia, Hearth Hospice, and Homespun Hospice, along with the Easter Bunny, for helping make the afternoon so memorable for our residents and families 🐰✨

Our Calhoun community felt so blessed to come together and adopt a 911 dispatcher for Telecommunications Week 2026. With everyone’s help, we gathered some of their favorite things to create a thoughtful surprise and show just how much they are appreciated.

It was a meaningful way to recognize the people who are always there in moments that matter most. We’re grateful for the chance to give back in a small way to someone who does so much for others.

As part of our Morning Pointe in Motion virtual travel program and our Year of Flavor theme, April is all about the sights, sounds, and tastes of New Orleans, Louisiana. Think beignets, Creole cuisine, jazz music, and plenty of ways to experience the culture right from our communities.

Learning something new together 🀄💛

Homespun Hospice sponsored a special Mahjong session with Melanie, and our residents loved every minute of it. As beginners, they jumped right in, and Melanie was a wonderful teacher, making this beautiful and challenging game feel fun and approachable.

A big congratulations to our resident Sue, the winner of the day! 🎉 We’re already looking forward to the next lesson on Friday, April 24. Thank you to Melanie and Homespun Hospice for bringing such a meaningful and engaging experience to our community.
