Morgan Engle, our Lab employee found out there were people at our facility that had never had Venison steak. So she provided a Redneck Venison Feast for Everybody.
Thank you Morgan for sharing your deer harvest with us and making it a first for several Izard Regional employees.

Thanksgiving Food Drive – Together, We Give Thanks

As the holidays approach, we’re hosting a Thanksgiving Food Drive to help families in our community enjoy a hearty meal this season.

If you’re able, please consider donating non-perishable food items, canned goods, or grocery gift cards to help make Thanksgiving special for a family in need. Every can, every box, and every bit of kindness makes a difference.

If you know of a family who could use a Thanksgiving meal, please reach out to Ethan or Jamie — all referrals are handled with kindness and confidentiality.

On Monday October 27th, the Izard Regional Hospital held its Annual Chili Cook Off.

We have some awesome Chili makers at IRH and the weather was perfect for it.

Janet Cox from Dietary took 1st Place winning 2 Camp Rocking Chairs.

Mary Pratt from Nursing took 2nd Place winning a Peppersauce Clothing Gift Card.

Matt Johnson from Maintenance won 3rd place and took home the Subway gift card.

We want to thank our Judges, Izard County Deputy Jim Davis, White River Health Care and Rehab administrator, Jeannie Killian and local Business Owner, Ashton Lester.

Our IRH Batesville Family Medical Clinic at 3250 Harrison Street is open Monday thru Thursday from 8am until 5pm, and Fridays from 8am till 12 noon.
Nurse Practitioner Jenny Mitchell is there for your healthcare needs, along with her nurse Pam Coltharp, this team will give you the very best care. We have Flu vaccines available for all ages. Walk-in’s are always welcome.

The Norfork Family Medicine Clinic in Norfork, Arkansas will have Flu Shots available starting today, Thursday the 9th.
These high dose vaccines are recommended for older adults. We will have the lower dose available very soon.
Stop by, between 8 and 4:30, (out to lunch from 1:00-1:30,) see Mika for your shot and be back out the door and on your way in just a few minutes.

Izard Regional Hospital in Calico Rock has a job opportunity in our Housekeeping Department. This position is day shift, full time and requires standing and working for extended periods of time, must also be able to lift up to 50 pounds if needed. Prior experience is a plus but not required. A high school diploma is also preferred or the equivalent.
Job requires cleaning rooms, maintaining a clean environment in all areas of the facility, with the help of your team.
