❌ Knees collapsing / going too deep
→ Puts stress on your joints instead of muscles

❌ Letting your back lift off the seat
→ Increases injury risk (lower back pressure)

❌ Locking your knees at the top
→ Removes tension and stresses joints



✅ DO THIS INSTEAD:

✔ Keep your back flat at all times
✔ Lower until your knees are around 90°
✔ Push through your heels, not toes
