From surgery, to therapy, to sports performance - CAO is with you every step of the way!

Meet Joyce! Joyce had surgery with Dr. Bauk last August and then started physical therapy at our Waldorf Clinic. Now, after completing and graduating therapy, she is transitioning over to our Sports Performance Program!

Happy Feel Good Friday! Meet Sydney!

Sydney is a recent college graduate and played soccer at Hampton. She had a long journey with us at our CAO Waldorf Clinic - she completed the full 9+ month rehab protocol after an ACL tear.

After months of hard work, she finished her last session with an awesome display of strength, including pulling/pushing the sled at 1.5x bodyweight and some back to agility speed work!
