🧩This program is open to adults 18 and up with various disabilities and is designed to truly create a “whole mind, whole body” experience!

🎶Drums Alive combines the fun of drumming with the benefits of aerobic exercise. This program will incorporate music, rhythm and movement to create a full body workout that is both engaging and therapeutic. Participants will use drumsticks to drum on stability balls and other surfaces while following choreographed routines set to music.
