Today is Lymphedema Awareness Day 🤍 Help spread awareness and support those living with lymphedema.

🌸 Did you know? Lymphedema therapy plays a big role in breast cancer recovery.

Our very own Melanie Lohwater, OTR/L, is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) trained to help manage swelling that can occur after breast cancer surgery or radiation. Through gentle techniques like Manual Lymphatic Drainage, compression therapy, and targeted exercise, Melanie helps clients reduce swelling, restore comfort, and support healing. 💕

Lymphedema therapy isn’t just about managing symptoms — it’s about helping survivors regain confidence, mobility, and quality of life after treatment. 💪🎗️

🏒✨ Inclusive Floor Hockey is Here! ✨🏒

Join us March 11 – April 15 for six weeks of fun, skill-building, and movement on Wednesday nights!

Ages 4–8: 5:45–6:30 PM // Ages 9–15: 6:30–7:15 PM

💙 All abilities welcome!

$150 per participant
$75 to add a buddy participant

2️⃣ Search for Personalized Functional Training Center
3️⃣ Register as a user
4️⃣ Select Timetable → Courses → Hockey (Ages 4-8 sign up for 5:45-6:30, Ages 9-15 sign up for 6:30-7:15)

Buddy Option: To register a buddy participant, follow the same steps but select Buddy for Hockey.
