It’s 11 AM, and temps are already pushing triple digits–which means exercising outside is a no-go. Stay in the AC and try these workouts instead:

–Heart-pumping bodyweight exercises like squats and lunges
–Walking quick laps around a mall or big box store
–Dancing to your favorite music (in front of the fan, of course)
