Fall is in the air! Here are three tips for a healthy school year:

- Make sure your kids get a full night’s sleep. The younger your child, the more sleep they need, so be firm with those bedtimes!

🌡️ Soaring temperatures mean you need to take care to avoid exhaustion! Here are some tips:

- Drink plenty of water (and avoid drinks with caffeine).
- Stay in the AC! If you don’t have AC in your home, spend a few hours in an air-conditioned mall.
- Schedule activities so you aren’t out in late afternoon.
- If you must be out in the sun, wear light-colored clothing, a wide-brimmed hat, and plenty of sunscreen.
