We are once again offering COVID-19 vaccine boosters this fall to all individuals aged 12 years and older and who have completed their primary course.

Standard-dose influenza vaccinations are also available and patients may receive both at the same time. Minimum age for influenza vaccines is 5 years.

Stock is limited, so be sure to check our website before stopping by. We intend to reorder as the season progresses.

Walk-in vaccinations begin Monday, September 16th and will continue weekdays, Mondays through Thursdays between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM as availability allows. Vaccinations after 3:00 PM are by appointment only.

As of March 30th, the FDA authorized a second round of booster doses for all adults aged 50 and up, to be administered at least four months after the first booster dose.

We've been anticipating another round of boosters this summer, but unfortunately did not receive advance notice of that decision being made quite so early; as such, we are preparing to begin second booster administration on Monday, April 5th.

We are now offering the Pfizer vaccine for children aged 12 to 17 for first, second, and booster doses.

Administration is every week, Monday through Thursday, from 10 am to 5 pm.

We are expecting our first shipment of a new oral antiviral medication (Paxlovid) for mild-to-moderate COVID-19 to arrive within the next few days.
More information will be added to our website on the COVID-19 vaccine information page as the situation develops.

Big news tonight: our first shipment of pediatric Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines has arrived and will be available for administration starting Thursday, November 11th.

This vaccine is a modified version of the same Pfizer vaccine that was first made available to adults at the beginning of the year, albeit at a smaller dose (10 micrograms versus 30 micrograms).

It is ONLY for use in children between the ages of 5 and 11, and is not interchangeable with the adult Pfizer vaccine.

The primary course consists of two doses separated by 21 days.

We do not have the adult-strength vaccine at this time (used in individuals 12 and up).

Administration will be offered every week, Monday through Thursday, between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm.

Updated information about the FDA's changes to COVID-19 vaccine eligibility are now available on our website.

Half-dose boosters will be available for any individual over 65, or between 18 and 64 with increased risk of disease complications or viral contact. At least six months must have elapsed since your last COVID-19 vaccine.

Immunocompromised individuals 18 and up may receive a full dose, at least 28 days after the last COVID-19 vaccine.

Most importantly, boosters no longer need to match your primary series - anyone who has already received two Pfizer or Moderna doses (or one Janssen) may receive any of the three vaccines as a booster. If you are a recipient of either the Janssen or Pfizer vaccines, we would strongly encourage you to get a Moderna booster.

Flu shots have also arrived - you may receive one at the same time as your COVID-19 booster/third dose.

We will begin expanded booster administration on Monday, October 25th.

We are aware of the FDA Vaccine Advisory Committee's recent recommendation to authorize third-dose Moderna boosters for all individuals over 65 years of age who have completed a primary vaccination course.

HOWEVER, this is only the advisory committe's recommendation for program changes to the FDA, not the FDA's final decision.
The FDA will likely adopt those recommendations within the next few days.

Until then, the guidelines have not changed - third doses of the Moderna vaccine remain available ONLY to those with compromised immune systems.

We are currently offering first and third doses of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine, Mondays through Thursdays, between 10am and 3pm. No appointment is necessary.

PLEASE NOTE: Moderna booster shots (i.e. third doses) are NOT approved or necessary for most individuals except for those with severely compromised immune systems.
