Do you often find your self slouching or hunched forward in poor posture? It is too easy to do, and I often find myself that way; I'll sit up tall a bit and smile my shoulders wide--it always feels better for me, and....it IS better for us! Come try this one with us at yoga! It's reverse table top pose. It helps to open the chest (where we often are tight), strengthen the core, wrists, and back body, and stretch and find space in the front body. We'll have class next Monday, February 16, at 7 p.m. in the multi-purpose room at CLK school (use main public library entrance, and take immediate left). It's yoga good for the body, good for the mind.
