Your daily "homework"! :)
We had our last yoga class of 2025 last week. I gave my students a daily assignment for Christmas break-- and you can do it, too! It's a modified downward facing dog pose. Just grab a chair or counter wherever you are, press your
hips back keeping them over the ankles, let your chest relax toward the floor, take about 10 deep breaths, and keep pressing the hips back. Then notice how you feel after doing this compared to prior. It feels great! A little yoga every day is better than none at all.
